Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment: Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods: CTOS Wholesale LLC offers the following shipping options:
- Pay Upon Pickup
- Standard Shipping
- USPS Remote Delivery (AK, HI, PR, VI,MP, Guam)
- Freight (LTL for large orders)
3. Shipping Hours & Cut-Off Times:
Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST
Holidays: No shipping on major U.S. holidays
Cut-Off Time: Orders must be paid and submitted before 12:30 PM CST for same-day processing
4. Risk of Loss & Shipping Responsibility: CTOS Wholesale LLC is not liable for:
- Carrier delays or errors
- Shipments lost in transit
- Incorrect addresses or third-party redirects
Risk of loss passes to the buyer once shipment is handed to the carrier.
5. Shipping Claims & Inspection:
All shipments must be inspected within 1 - 2 business days of delivery. Claims for damage, shortage, or incorrect items must be submitted within this window.
- Glassware/freight damage: must be reported within 1 - 2 business days

6. Freight Deliveries:
Inspect: before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL)
If damage exists: note: “box damaged – pending inspection”
Submit claim: with photos and signed BOL within 1 - 2 Business days
