Return Policy

Please note that all sales of CBD products are final. Returns are only accepted in the event of a manufacturer defect.

Defective products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery under following guidelines:

  • Must be authorized in advance
  • Must be shipped within 7 calendar days of RMA approval
  • Include all original packaging and inserts
  • Any unauthorized, late, or incomplete returns may be rejected
  • CTOS Wholesale LLC may discard or return ineligible items at sender’s expense
  • All returns will be Inspected prior to credit or replacement approval

1. Returns, Warranty & Defective Products

CBD & Consumable Products – Final Sale:

Non-returnable items include:

  • CBD oils, tinctures, gummies, and topicals
  • E-liquids with CBD
  • Cartridges, disposables, pods
  • Coils, drip tips, clearance/promotional items

Hardware Returns – Manufacturer Defects Only:

  • Must be authorized
  • Return must be received within 7 days of RMA
  • Defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery Include all original packaging and inserts

Resolution:

  • Store credit or
  • Replacement, if available

No cash or card refunds under any circumstances.
