Return Policy
CBD Products:
We have a No Return Policy for All CBD Products. All sales on CBD Products are final without exception.
Damaged in Shipping:
If you have received products that were Damaged in Shipping please reach out to our customer service team for Directions on how to proceed.

Defective Items:
Defective items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date as indicated by your tracking information. Our 30 Day warranty applies to manufacturing defects ONLY. Usage based defects are issues caused by mistreatment and/or misuse of products. For any returns after 30 days, you will have to contact the product manufacturer for your return or replacement.
Note: Prompt shipment of return item is required: Once your return has been authorized you will have 1 week to deliver or ship the items to our returns department. If the Return request products are not shipped or delivered with-in a week of authorization it will result in rejection of the claim and claim will be closed.
Items damaged by misuse or improper care are not covered by our warranty policy.
All Returns must include Full Original Packaging, Accessories, and Documents.
The following examples are NOT included in the warranty. Usage based defects include, but are not limited to
• Batteries that have dropped, Batteries that have separated.
• Wires becoming exposed.
• Batteries that break inside a pocket, purse, or bag.
• Batteries that have been exposed to water.
• Bent atomizers.
• Damage to products due to user negligence.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, if you need assistance with shipping an item back, please contact our Returns Department.
Upon receipt of a return, our Returns Department will inspect and test every product. If found defective, we will issue a store credit or replacement depending on the requested resolution of the customer. If a replacement device is not available, CBD to Store reserves the right to issue a credit.
All returns are subject to case by case exceptions. Please contact us if you are having a problem with a product purchased from CBD to Store and we will do our best to assist you.
Clearance Items:
All clearance items are sold as-is without warranty and are not returnable.
