Return Policy
Please note that all sales of CBD products are final. Returns are only accepted in the event of a manufacturer defect.
Defective products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery under following guidelines:
- Must be authorized in advance
- Must be shipped within 7 calendar days of RMA approval
- Include all original packaging and inserts
- Any unauthorized, late, or incomplete returns may be rejected
- CTOS Wholesale LLC may discard or return ineligible items at sender’s expense
- All returns will be Inspected prior to credit or replacement approval
1. Returns, Warranty & Defective Products
CBD & Consumable Products – Final Sale:
Non-returnable items include:
- CBD oils, tinctures, gummies, and topicals
- E-liquids with CBD
- Cartridges, disposables, pods
- Coils, drip tips, clearance/promotional items
Hardware Returns – Manufacturer Defects Only:
- Must be authorized
- Return must be received within 7 days of RMA
- Defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery Include all original packaging and inserts
Resolution:
- Store credit or
- Replacement, if available
No cash or card refunds under any circumstances.
