Please check your order and verify the contents of the order within 72 hours of delivery of the shipment. If you have received a damaged product, a product that was not ordered, or an incorrect product; please notify the Customer Service Team via email at support@cbdtostore.com

In your email please include your order number in the subject line. The email should include a brief description of the problem and include a photo of the product you have a problem with including your order number and today's date written on a piece of paper.

After you send this email, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team to resolve your issue.  If a replacement product is not available, CBD To STORE reserves the right to issue store credit in place of a replacement item.
